Who we are

	Steve Smith has spent over thirty-three years in the heart of the industry.  Steve has recorded and mixed numerous gold and platinum albums—including two Grammy award winners.  He has designed, constructed, and operated several state-of-the-art recording studios, both stationary and mobile. His experience recording for film, video game scores, and CDs, along with multimedia broadcasts and live events reflects the
reputation of a “Who’s Who?” in the recording industry.   Most importantly, Steve has spent the past six years serving as Technical Director of Overlake Christian Church (a very well-known mega-church located in Redmond, Washington—home of the Christian Musician Summit,) and has become a “mentor’s mentor” for those in his position across the country.
Dave Dartnall has been serving Jesus full-time in His church, for almost 30 years. As a worship pastor, he has discovered many creative solutions to the myriad of challenges that worship pastors and technical directors face. Having served in several different types and sizes of ministries, from new mobile church plants to facility-rich mega churches, multiple campus churches, and even several stadium-sized worship venues, Dave understands the essential dynamics of developing thriving worship ministries.
